The room was comfortable, large, clean, and well equipped. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the front desk, cleaning, and breakfast hall staff were all very polite and professional. The hotel was good value and close to the main shopping, dining, massage areas, and train station. Breakfast was tasty, but the selection was average. I’d like to see the dishes vary from day to day, as they do at other Osaka hotels, so guests can experience more of the hotel’s food. The breakfast choices didn’t change during my stay. The hotel lift was under maintenance, so waits to go up or down were long. That could be a problem in an emergency. There also weren’t many international TV channels, which made staying in the room boring. Other hotels have more channels with a range of updates and shows.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the pillows were super comfortable after long days out exploring. The room itself was amazing, and a little bigger than rooms in most Japanese hotels. The Japanese-style shower was easy enough to understand, though it felt a bit weird at first. The location was really convenient, just a two-minute walk from Dotonbori, the Glico Man, and a Don Quijote around the corner. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many Western-friendly options. We had a great overall stay at the Cross Hotel Osaka.

The room size and bathroom were great, and the lounge coffee was amazing. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage before check-in. Front desk service was excellent, and it was so convenient for Dontoburi and Don quojite. Only one elevator was working during my stay, so there was a bit of waiting. I still give the hotel five out of five. Thanks for making my stay amazing!

Breakfast was fantastic, and I appreciated the free luggage storage. This was a very nice, clean Western-style hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Check-in was easy using their automated system. Construction left just one elevator working, which often meant a five-minute wait. We were told we couldn’t use the stairs.

Cross Hotel Osaka was easy to explore from, just steps from Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping street, and Namba Station. The location made getting around Osaka simple. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Japan. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and well designed, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient at check-in and checkout. The stylish lobby felt welcoming, too. Great value, and I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.
