Our family of two adults and two teenagers had a quad comfort room, and it was just the right size. It was in a quiet spot away from central Osaka's crowds, right next to the train station, with convenience stores nearby. It was easy to order food in, too. We also had a washer in the room, and the bathroom could dry clothes.

The room facilities, front desk response, and location were good. But the noise from upstairs was awful for two nights in a row. There were footsteps that sounded like heels being slammed down, along with the sound of someone working on something, and it went on past 2 a.m. I couldn't sleep and found it really stressful. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I got the impression there were more people from overseas.

ESLEAD Hotel Namba Daikokucho was a great base for our group. It was close to both Daikokucho Metro Station and Imamiya JR Station, which helped us explore more of Osaka. We could also walk to 7-11 and a few restaurants, handy for eating nearby when it got late. The room was spacious and had a bathtub. Thanks for the experience!

We checked out at 10 am, but our flight wasn't until 8:30 pm. The hotel kept our bags securely, so we could spend the day wandering around Osaka without worrying about them. It was quiet and spacious, away from the busy areas but still an easy walk to downtown Osaka and the train station. Everything was clean, too.

The 13th-floor view was breathtaking, and I really enjoyed the drip coffee the hotel provided in the morning. The staff were super friendly, and there’s a 7/11 just a two-minute walk away for quick snacks. The place was clean, had plenty of amenities, and the appliance instructions were easy to follow. The TV, AC, microwave, and kettle all worked perfectly. I especially liked the USB charging ports in the bedframe. Such a nice surprise that we could do laundry and dry it in the bathroom 🍀 Simple and comfortable, and I’d definitely come back to Osaka. 💯
