Being close to the station and inexpensive makes this good value, I think. It’s in a very residential area, though, so you need to be mindful of common sense and manners. If you’d rather stay without worrying about that, a more secluded place or a business hotel may suit you better. A couple of practical points: don’t count on having WiFi, and the parking is only for small cars like kei cars, with spaces difficult to find even for those. There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby, though, so I don’t think parking is a problem.
