I was here for five nights on business in a King Size Bed room. The rooms were spotless and well kept, and breakfast had a good selection, especially the omelette. The executive lounge was a real highlight, with a good range of alcohol. Breakfast could get crowded, though it was manageable. The location worked very well for getting to JR Osaka and the Umeda shopping area, with plenty of good places to eat nearby. Would I return? Yes.

Hilton Osaka is in a fantastic spot, near the main attractions and just about everything you'd want to see in Osaka. We also loved the executive lounges, which are among the best we've experienced, with an excellent range of choices at breakfast and in the evening. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Katsuzui for helping us check in and making the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was a highlight on both mornings of my two-day stay. I could eat on the second floor or in the Executive Lounge, and both the range and quality of the food were excellent. I also enjoyed sushi and sashimi at Kawaume later one evening. It was delicious and beautifully presented, though I wished there had been a little more because I wanted it to last longer. The Executive Lounge staff listened carefully to feedback. When I had to change a last-minute reservation at Jolie Brasserie in the Waldorf hotel, the managers contacted the restaurant and arranged it for me, which made everything easy. At check-in, a bright, kind, attentive female hotelier helped me in English as soon as I said my Japanese wasn't fluent enough. The process was smooth and I felt welcome right away. My room was spotless, and I appreciated the upgrade to an Executive Floor room near the elevator, which I prefer. Housekeeping brought extra coffee capsules and ice within ten minutes of my request. There were subtle design touches inspired by traditional Japanese shoji (shoji screens) on the window coverings and the sliding partition between the bathroom and entrance. The welcome sweets were a thoughtful pick-me-up after my journey. The bathroom was immaculate and very well maintained. One small thing: I missed having a regular bar of soap. I know many hotels use multi-purpose liquid products now, but shower gel or hand soap isn't ideal for washing my face. I usually bring my own soap and facial cleanser, though it would be nice if guests could ask for a bar of soap. A couple of room details were less convenient. The outlets in the corner were behind a wooden flap and too narrow for my laptop charger, and there weren't handy outlets beside the bed. I used my power bank to keep my phone nearby while it charged overnight. The TV also couldn't connect to modern streaming services, a feature I expected at a five-star hotel like Hilton Osaka. I enjoyed my stay and would like to come back. The service, comfortable room, dining, and welcoming atmosphere made it memorable.

The underground passage between Hilton Osaka and Osaka Station made getting around so easy. Even with lots of luggage and shopping bags, we could go back and forth comfortably in drizzle or cold weather. The hotel is right across from the station, and the whole experience from check-in to checkout felt seamless. The team made the trip memorable, especially hotel manager Mr. Antoine Causel, front desk Mr. Hiroguchi, and the bell team. I've stayed at great hotels around the world and in Japan, and Hilton Osaka really stands out. The design throughout the hotel, rooms, executive lounge, and breakfast area is elegant, and the staff treated my daughter and me with warmth and attention. The bed and pillows were top tier, and the service felt impeccable. We tried the executive lounge and loved the carefully prepared dishes: fish in cream sauce, meat skewers, soy bars, fresh salads, quality cheeses and fruit, freshly made appetizers, and a wide choice of top shelf liquor, wine, and Japanese and western beer. The desserts were lovely, especially the pannacotta with fresh strawberries. Breakfast had lots of options too. My favorites were smoked salmon eggs Benedict, tasty appetisers, and the roast beef. The restaurants were also a plus. I'd read plenty of reviews after booking and expected a good hotel, but this was AMAZING. I'll definitely stay at Hilton Osaka again when I return to Osaka, and next time I'll stay longer.

We spent five nights here as a family and would come back on another Osaka trip. The location was great for transport and local shopping, and our room had plenty of space for luggage. It also had the best bed of our trip. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from, both in the main dining room and the executive lounge. During happy hour, the lounge's snack selection was excellent and enough for a light meal. Service was great overall.
