The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, fairly spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The double doors at the entrance kept corridor noise out. It's a wonderful budget hotel near the train station, right in the entertainment area, with full amenities and good WiFi. Loved it, and I'll be back!!

We paid 9000 yen a night when we stayed, and the rooms and beds were large. Everything was very clean, with fast Internet downstairs and a super-friendly, helpful staff. About half of them spoke decent English, if you're not comfortable with Japanese. The location by Osaka station made it easy to get around and see the local scene, with every kind of food and drink within walking distance. I'd absolutely stay again!

We booked at 2 am after having a terrible experience with the hotel we'd originally booked. They accommodated us with an amazing room, a fantastic bed, and a great shower.

The street noise came right through, so I could hear people and cars. Worst of all, there were bedbugs in the bed. I couldn't sleep at all and ended up sleeping in the chairs.

Not very good. There have been lots of mosquitoes lately.
