Hotel Plaza Osaka

The breakfast spread was good, and service overall was excellent. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. Thanks especially to Duyen. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location gave us good access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping. I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Plaza Osaka and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. I'd be happy to stay here again.

The breakfast was quite good, especially the make-your-own pancakes, and I liked being close to a train station with good local restaurants nearby. Still, this was my least favorite hotel of the trip. The beds were the hardest we slept on, and getting into and out of the bathroom cubicle meant stepping up quite high, which was a challenge.

Convenient access to transportation and nearby amenities made the location work well. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed. Friendly, helpful staff made check-in and checkout easy. Good value for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Bad decision to stay here. A high school or university basketball team was put on the whole tenth floor, where I'm staying. Around midnight, there was nonstop loud screaming, shouting and laughing. It woke me up, so I called the front desk. The hotel responded quickly, but the noise started again later, and the kids kept knocking on each other's doors. I spoke to reception today and asked them to talk to the coach or teacher because I was extremely tired. They said they couldn't, and that the noise would likely happen again, so I should just call them. In other words, they weren't going to take action, and I should expect to be woken at 1 AM. Ridiculous. I won't stay here again. There are large groups staying here too, so breakfast was a mess. At 6:30 AM, I was first to go down and still waited about 20 minutes. The line control was crazy, with two breakfast lines. If you wanted a drink, you had to cut in front of people, which was awkward.
