The hotel seemed to have been renovated recently. Everything was put together well, looked modern, and worked. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, with a thick duvet and plump pillows. We stayed at the end of Golden Week, and the price was very reasonable compared with the AirBnBs we’d stayed in the week before. Having a refrigerator and kettle in the room was useful. A light breakfast and some Japanese packaged drip coffee are all I need to get my day going. We also had a late flight, so the hotel's self-service luggage storage let us keep enjoying the city and leave at a reasonable time. Check-in was on an automated machine and went without a problem. The staff were available to help and were always polite and welcoming.

There’s a 7/11 on the ground floor and MOs restaurant right across the street. Staff were helpful with directions and showed us how to use the locker. They offered cleaning every day and replaced our towels daily, which honestly felt excessive to me 😁. The room was small by Japanese standards, but well equipped, with a decent-sized bathroom, fast internet and plenty of sockets. The TV supports mirroring and lets you log in to Netflix, YouTube and other services. I’d seriously consider staying here again.

7/11 is literally downstairs, and the hotel is within walking distance of Dotonbori and Namba. It’s close to a subway and other amenities, and the location is perfect. The staff were really nice and accommodating. I’d come back on my next trip.

The room was spacious and the location was good. They also let us leave our luggage in a locker before check-in or after checking out.

The room was clean and well kept, and the location was good. I stayed for three nights, but the last day left me disappointed. I know I was late checking out. The deadline was 10:00 AM, and I’d gone out for breakfast. I got back around 10:30, realized at the front desk that I was already late, then went straight upstairs and packed as quickly as I could. At reception they charged me 1,000 yen for late checkout. I asked if they could waive it, but the staff said they really couldn't. I was surprised and disappointed, since I didn't think I had disrupted their work. The cleaner hadn't knocked on my door yet, and the room next door hadn't been cleaned either.
