10/10
The room was small, as you’d expect at a business hotel, but otherwise I had nothing to complain about. It was clean, had all the basics, and the lobby staff were great. Breakfast was very good, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The soundproofing also meant a really quiet night’s sleep. Lots of nice restaurants are nearby, and Sakuragawa station is convenient.

Everyone else was nice, but this older woman was arrogant and acted provocatively. She wasn’t helpful at all, and the service was below what I expected.

Clean, modern, and good value, with a convenient location near Osaka OCAT and Namba.

The staff made this stay especially easy. Ruka helped me with English translation, showed me how to use the laundry machine, and pointed me toward nearby convenience stores and supermarkets. She was warm and enthusiastic, and the whole team was accommodating, even helping with directions and keeping my luggage after checkout. My room was clean and the location was convenient, with the amenities I needed. I stayed a few days and was very happy with it. I’d consider coming back when I’m in Osaka.

8/10
The lobby has free water and coffee around the clock, which was a nice touch, and the staff were really friendly. It’s under a 10-minute walk from the JR station. The room was fairly spacious compared with standard Japanese hotel rooms, though it felt a bit dated. The bathroom floor sits about 30 cm above the room floor, so stepping in and out, especially in the morning, wasn’t very convenient. If you don’t need much, it’s a good place to stay.
