The photos showed four spacious rooms and a nice bathroom, but we arrived to find one bed in a cramped room and a small pull-out couch. The booking was non-refundable. When we called the manager, they said we'd booked two beds and went on about other things that didn't make sense. We feel we were scammed out of our money and have no way to do anything about it. They use misleading photos and descriptions while making the booking non-refundable. Do not stay here, book somewhere else.

I booked through Booking.com because the reviews there looked decent, but after confirming I checked Google Maps and got worried by its 2-star rating. The place can be hard to find: the Google Maps location and photos are inaccurate. After booking, the hotel sends coordinates, and following those directions should make it easier to locate. The exterior and hallways aren't impressive, but for the low price the room itself was pretty good. It has a bedroom, a kitchen joined to the living room, a sofa that converts into a bed, a washing machine, towels, and basic disposable amenities. The sheets are fresh, but you have to put them on yourself. It could work for a family of four or a larger group, though people with bigger builds may find it tight and uncomfortable. Better for a short stay of 2-3 days, since there's no room cleaning service.

The room looked nothing like the photos for a supposed two-bedroom apartment for six. It was cramped and barely suited to two adults, let alone a family of four with a toddler. Mildew and a strong mould smell were present throughout our stay, especially visible in the shower, and the place fell far short of basic health and Japanese standards. Entry instructions sent us on a confusing wild goose chase, and stale cigarette smoke from other tenants clung to the lift carpet. We used it only for quick rests, and it wasn't a relaxing base. If you still book, skip the complicated directions, go straight to the apartment, and use the key pass on the door. Honestly, book somewhere else.

This place felt more like a time-share closet than an apartment. The room was so tiny I could sneeze and hit the wall. The kitchen was just a sink and fridge, not much use if you want to cook beyond instant ramen, and the sofa bed was like a napkin pretending to be furniture. The photos must have been taken through a wormhole.
