This is a late review of my March 2025 stay, but I wanted to share it. I had no complaints and would gladly book here again if I'm looking for somewhere in Kyobashi. It was good value, comfortable, clean, and well located, about a 5-8 minute walk from the station. There's a great selection of eateries nearby and lots of nice bars at night. I had everything I needed: toiletries, dependable hot water, a lobby microwave, and fast Wi-Fi that worked well for remote work. For Japan, the room was big enough to open my cabin-size luggage, and both it and the toilet were very clean. You may hear trains passing if you're a light sleeper, though it didn't bother me at all, and I can sleep through alarms. Leaving the station involves a short flight of stairs and a slightly uneven start to the path, but it's easy enough to manage with directions.

A very affordable place, with all the amenities provided. The staff were polite and helpful, though they didn't know English. We managed with Google Translate. There are vending machines for drinks and a separate smoking area.

For the discounted price, it was great value overall, even though the air conditioner was broken.

Apart from one issue, everything was fine. I spent two nights here starting Saturday for a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. For some reason, Gmail and LINE wouldn't respond when I tried to use them on the internet connection, and the speed also seemed a little slow.
