Quintessa Hotel Osaka Bay

The room was stifling, like a baking oven: the temperature was fixed at 26 degrees Celsius, and the sealed window couldn't be opened for fresh air. Parking was another problem. Hotel guests can't use the basement parking and have to park at another hotel, a 30 minute walk away. The hotel is far from Osaka attractions, and the management problems are obvious. Not a good hotel.

It's a quiet, peaceful place away from the busy city, and rides by Uber or train to nearby spots like the aquarium are still very affordable. Just be aware that there are multiple Quintessa hotels in Osaka. I made the silly mistake of going to the wrong one first.

There were five adults in our family, so we booked two rooms, and my nephew uses a wheelchair. The rooms were clean, and everything about the rooms and staff was great. The front desk team were especially helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. Thanks for making our stay in Osaka.Japan so good.

The breakfast had lots of tasty choices, the décor was tasteful, and the amenities were high quality. The whole property was impeccably clean, with convenient parking close by and a lovely view from its peaceful location. I stayed from 11/17 to 11/18, and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The woman who checked me in was very polite, attentive and dedicated. We also got a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable while we were visiting USJ. I'd gladly return and highly recommend it.
