R&B Hotel Umeda East - Vacation STAY 15375v

There isn't parking, so this place suits people planning to use the subway or train. The room wasn't large, but it was fine for sleeping and showering. It takes 10 min from Osaka station, and the price and location were reasonable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh bread and drinks. They bake the bread themselves and have an oven for anyone who wants to warm it up.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, conveniently close to Osaka-Umeda station. I especially appreciated the woman with glasses who helped me check in that evening and explained the services in English, since my Japanese is terrible. I'd stay again, 10/10.

For about 50 dollars a night, this place did the job and the Umeda location was pretty good. Breakfast was decent but basic, with a few kinds of crossaints and bread, juice, coffee and hard boiled eggs. The room felt claustrophobic to me, though I suppose that's what you get for cheap in osaka. Its only window faced the kitchen of a restaurant in the next building, and I was a bit uncomfortable sleeping there.

Everything was clean, cheap, and convenient. I just wish there were a mirror at the desk.
