Our booking mistake could have left us without a place to stay, but he stepped in, helped us sort it out, and found us somewhere for two nights. If you're coming to Osaka, I'd highly recommend this place. It's the best.
The rooms are comfortable, and getting around is easy: there's a bus stop right outside and two subway stations nearby. Namba is just one stop away.
Clean, comfy, affordable, and in a convenient spot. I'd absolutely stay here again!!
The room felt cozy, not cramped, and had the essentials, including a washing machine. For anyone arriving with large luggage around size 28, here's the route I found easiest: from Kansai Airport, take the Bus Limousine to OCAT or use the Metro. At OCAT, get on the Sennichimae Line, the Pink Line, and get off at Sakuragawa Station. Use elevator number 1 near the Hanshin Railway Entrance, then turn left and walk straight for about 330 meters. The hotel will be on your left.
The room was really nice and clean, and the facilities were great. But there were no check-in instructions. I tried reaching them on WhatsApp and didn't get a reply until the next day. I arrived at 5:30 p.m. and waited outside in 10° weather. After trying several times, I ended up sitting in a nearby restaurant until my colleague, who speaks Japanese, came to help after 8 p.m.
