The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka

The spa and pool were great. There are rules about swim caps and covering tattoos, but the hotel provides both caps and tattoo cover stickers for free. After a day exploring, the bath salt menu was another relaxing touch, with three options to choose from. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. They even provided complimentary, very soft pajamas in the right sizes for us and our 8-year-old son. Service lived up to the Ritz-Carlton standard, and the location is convenient, about an 8-minute walk from Osaka Station. Breakfast had a great spread of Japanese and Western food, including the best soft-boiled egg I've ever had. There was also unlimited sparkling wine, with the option to make your own mimosas. We had a memorable stay and felt thoroughly pampered. We can't wait to return!

We spent a week here, and everyone who helped us was incredible. The club lounge service was unmatched, the rooms were gorgeous, and every meal we had at the hotel was phenomenal. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed, and such a special trip for us. I hope we get to return someday. I can't say enough good things about it. Thank you to the whole team!

As someone traveling alone, I sometimes find the experience changes depending on whether I'm solo, local, or able to speak the local language. At The Ritz-Carlton, I felt just as welcome and respected in every interaction, and never uncomfortable. The staff's English wasn't always their first language, but they communicated patiently and gracefully, so I felt at ease. I also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the service was outstanding. I've stayed at several Marriott properties in Japan over the past few days, and this one stood out for its service and attitude. Thank you to the team for giving every guest the same level of care. I'd absolutely return.
