The twin superior room had plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and professional. Umeda is right there, yet the hotel itself was quiet. The carpet was shockingly stained and dirty, worse than I've seen at hotels in this price range. The price also feels high for the limited amenities. You're mostly paying for the location.

The staff were really friendly and the service was great. It's close to stations, so getting around was easy. The hotel also has laundry, vending machines, and smoking rooms. Our bathroom was nice, though the bedroom itself was a bit small.

It was easy to get around from here, since Osaka railway station is very close. Grand Front mall is also an easy walk for food, essentials, or a little shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it a good place to rest after a full day out. Great value and convenient. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

The front desk staff were very helpful with transferring my luggage. I had a lovely stay: the room was spacious, and even the toilet had plenty of room. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. I highly recommend this place. Please ignore the bedsheets in the photo, that was while I was checking out.

Getting to the subway, train station, and shopping areas was very convenient from this location. Check-in was quick, and they kept our luggage after checkout. The staff were friendly and could communicate in English. We enjoyed the clean, spacious room and comfortable bedding.
