Chelsea was warm and kind, and made me feel safe as a first-time visitor to Japan. We had some lovely conversations. The place was simple and clean, just what I wanted, and I can't think of anything to improve. A one of a kind stay. I'd return to Osaka just to stay here again. Amenities included late-night entry, AC and heater, hot water for tea, free tea and coffee, a TV, a shared lounge/cafe space, a shower, two toilets, a washing machine for ¥200, and breakfast.

Chelsea clearly wants her guests to feel comfortable, and she was happy to suggest places to visit and eat. I'm glad I followed her tips. The B&B is great value, and the homemade breakfast was fantastic. Thanks for having me. I hope to come back.

We came from Mexico and stayed here in mid-November. Chelsea was among the kindest and most helpful people we met in Japan, and she made us feel at home. Her guest house is clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfasts. We tried them all. It's well placed near Shigino and Midoribashi train stations, as well as Osaka Castle. For the price, you get more than a bed and breakfast. We had lovely experiences and met kind, interesting local people, including Chelsea's friends. Ask her about trying the best sushi and okonomiyaki, and having a good time at the Ne-Bar. We're so grateful for her care and the gifts. We'll definitely stay with her again on our next trip to Japan.

Chelsea makes staying at her Inn a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the place is comfortable and very family friendly, and she accommodates you in every way. Highly recommend!
