The conditions were good.

I used it for a day trip. It's about a 20-minute bus ride from Mobara Station and the bath is right in front of you, so you can get there without worry even if you don't have a car. The large public bath is on the 7th floor, so the view is great and I was able to relax in the bath. I think it will be bustling in the spring and summer, so I plan to come and stay overnight next time.

The place seemed a bit dirty, though the observation bath itself was amazing. I used it as a day trip hot spring, and I was glad to find that the bath overlooked Kujukuri Beach. I should mention, the men's and women's baths both seemed to have no view of the sea.

I took a day trip to the baths on a weekday in January. It was around 1pm on a weekday after the New Year holidays, so there weren't many customers. The observation bath on the 7th floor offers a panoramic view of Kujukuri Beach, and no one was playing on the nearby tennis courts, so I was able to relax and unwind. I'm not particularly interested in the quality of the hot spring water, but it did make my skin smooth. There is also a large public bath and open-air bath on the first floor, so I'll try them out next time I'm in Shirako.
