We stayed overnight with friends so we could watch the Yosakoi Soran Festival final on a big screen. It was easy to unwind without worrying about other guests, and the two baths with free-flowing hot spring water were especially refreshing. The futon was comfortable, and the kitchen came with cooking utensils and tableware, though we had to make our own meals. Bring your own towels, pajamas, and toothbrush. It's also a good base for exploring Shiraoi.
Most of the cooking utensils are provided, and you can relax in the hot springs with family or friends.
The place is roomy, with a big TV that's easy to use. I slept well on the fluffy futon. A BBQ grill would be a nice addition.
The staff were really kind, and we had a great time with the barbecue facilities, big TV, and massage chairs. The open-air bath was especially nice for relaxing.
It's a one-story house with a hot spring bath and a barbecue grill out back, so just bring your own food and drinks. There's a large TV too, which seems good for watching sports.
