For a central Shinjuku stay, it was very inexpensive. The road is small and quiet, away from the noisy area, though taxis may not be able to drop you right at the door. The place sleeps four in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms and toilets. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there’s air conditioning, heating, windows that open, a great shower, and an excellent drying area. Space for sitting and luggage is limited, and there’s only a small microwave. One bathroom shares the kitchen sink for handwashing and brushing teeth. There’s no lift, so we had to carry three heavy bags up three floors.
