We arrived after 10pm because our flight was delayed, and the 24-hour contact service was a big help. The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and a kettle in the kitchen. The bathroom shower was wonderful, and the washing machine was handy. It’s a really great apartment hotel in a very convenient location. I’d definitely recommend it and would consider staying again if I came back to Japan.

There are konbini, vending machines, and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I wish we’d had more time to check them all out. The location was lovely and quiet, just minutes on foot from the bustle of Shibuya. Our group had a spacious room, everything was exceptionally clean and beautiful, and the shower and bathroom felt extremely luxurious. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute little apartment in a nice location down the street, but there were bugs and the service people didn’t seem to care much. It’s fine for a day or two, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

All the appliances we needed were provided, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our party of five and all our luggage.

A very clean apartment with everything we needed. Shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. Highly recommend.
