Shibuya Capsule Bamboo Hotel

The room was cozier and bigger than I expected, and staff cleaned it every day. We’d come back at the end of the day to fresh sheets and towels, and empty trash cans. It’s easy to get around from here, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store across the street for anything you need right away. Shibuya crossing is walkable too.

The service at Tokyu Stay Shibuya was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we loved our stay. The room was just the right size for my husband, our baby and me. We chose one with a washer-dryer, which made it really nice to do our laundry. The bidet in the bathroom was great to use too. As a first timer in Japan, I was really impressed by how good the location was. There are several markets just minutes away, and Shibuya crossing is less than a 15 minute walk. We definitely plan to stay here again next trip. Thank you all!

My daughter and I had a great time walking to places around Shibuya instead of taking the subway. The hotel is close to everything, and there’s a cafe downstairs. A lot of hotels in Japan have tiny rooms, but this one was a really decent size. Good value for the money.

Our large family did well in one of the bigger rooms with double bunk beds. It was roomier than I’d expected, and the hotel seems pretty new, so everything was in excellent shape. Check-in was quick. It’s a very good location, about a 10-15 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing. There were some nice local restaurants on the side street, although they didn’t really cater to non-Japanese speakers. I’d totally recommend it to families wanting to stay near Shibuya.
