The staff were kind and really helpful. I got to know Yamasaki, one of the staff from Japan, and we had some good conversations over a few nights. His English is very good. The room was one of the best I've stayed in. It felt like five-star quality, with a huge bedroom, a 75 or 80-inch TV and free movies. The bathroom setup was luxurious, with a jacuzzi tub and separate powder room, toilet, and bathroom areas. There were unlimited free drinks, including beer, wine, and soft drinks, plus all kinds of shampoo and conditioner. If you're worn out from traveling, I'd recommend taking a free day just to relax in the room.

This was our favorite hotel from our time in Japan. We'd stayed at several places already, but this one stood out for its spotless, roomy room and amazing decor. The bathroom had a very large bathtub, and reception provided shampoo, shower gel, and plenty of other toiletries, which made the stay more enjoyable. Free parking was a real bonus, especially in Japan.

The subway ride here is a bit of a hassle, but I thought this was a great place for couples. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and it was nice to get extra toiletries at no charge.
