There’s a little shop by reception, and they serve free ramen from 9pm. Parking is plentiful and free. The staff were friendly, and the onsen, fed by a natural underground source, was a comfortable temperature with an amazing view.

The view is really good, and the people are nice. The hotel sits on a hill a little outside town, with a big onsen on the top floor. Breakfast and dinner are offered, plus free noodles after 9pm. Parking costs nothing, though it can fill up easily.

We had a combined tatami-and-bed room at Yaizu posthotel, with a great view of the sea and a private bath on the outside terrace. Really nice.
