The rooms are genuinely tiny, a redefinition of small. Still, they have everything you need, and I've stayed here on my last four trips to Tokyo. I'm coming back next week, too, because the friendly staff and location right beside Yokohama station make up for the lack of space. Just don't expect regular-sized rooms in Tokyo.

I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but this room was so awful that I paid a cancellation fee and left. It was smoky, and when I asked about switching to a non-smoking room, the front desk said everything was booked. As I write this, my skin is itching. I had the window open, but that made it loud with the multiple trains passing right in front. Everything looked yellowed with age, even the pyjamas. I spent as much time as I could outside because I couldn't stand the room. There's only one small elevator for the whole hotel, and everyone has to go to the second floor to check in. I also ran into an older guy sneaking in a young girl. I paid the cancellation fee and booked at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn next door, which was much better for a similar price. Never again.

The location is great for a train stopover, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. It was lovely to see them still smiling late at night. I'd go back and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you very much. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you're a fan of hearing the first train of the morning and all the ones after it, this place is for you. Breakfast doesn't open until 7:00, and service is very slow, so don't expect to get up early and eat.

The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. It's in a good spot near the train station. The Wi-Fi was very poor, though. Breakfast, included at the cafe on the first floor, was good.
