Hotel Aqua Blue Yokosuka

I'd heard plenty of complaints about the staff's attitude, but I didn't really notice a problem myself. What did bother me a little was dust beneath the sofa and the Blu-ray player tucked in the gap. On the plus side, there was an iron and a water dispenser, and stainless steel cups, which you don't find everywhere. So it was good overall. The parking lot could be a bit larger. Still, it's close to the station, so I suppose that's expected.

I come here often and usually enjoy the food, but today's room was a letdown. I found around 10 hairs in the bathtub and washing area, and the complimentary ZONE lotion had already been used. I don't smoke, but there wasn't even a lighter in the ashtray. That felt really unpleasant.

The corridor had a bad smell, though the room itself didn't smell at all. I loved the bubble bath and foam bath. The room was on the small side, but the bed was big enough that it didn't bother me.

I went there hoping to relax after a long time, but left angry and disappointed. I booked a room with a sauna and karaoke, only to be told after entering that the sauna was out of order because of a mechanical problem. There was also a big spider in the cupboard where the dishes were kept. After I ordered food, one item was sold out, and the other took more than an hour. I was somewhat prepared for things like that to happen. But when I went downstairs to pay, I was told, "Come down with plenty of time to spare." I'd been singing karaoke while waiting for the food, ready to answer the intercom at any moment, which is why I was late. I couldn't believe they said that to me. They called about eight times in three hours over the sold out items and the sauna. They should have apologized for all the problems first. Isn't the room time three hours? I went to the front desk about three minutes before it was up, and got scolded for leaving the room. I'd understand if I'd gone over the limit, but I hadn't. I'll absolutely never stay here again.
