I spent 24 hours in Nairobi. The hotel felt safe and was okay, though there’s room to improve. The buffet restaurant wasn’t very good and the food quality was nothing special. The gym is cramped and very basic, with only two cardio machines. I also couldn’t get in touch with the hotel: neither email address listed on the website or booking confirmation seemed to be monitored.

Kenya is a wonderful country, first of all, and the experience was exquisite.

We were placed here after a flight delay. The staff seemed demotivated, and the rooms could use some touch-ups. Worse, I was checked into a room that already had someone in it, and the receptionist didn’t apologize. All in all, it was just okay.

The rooms are great, and the service is exemplary. A great spot.

The prices are affordable, with swimming and breakfast included, and it’s a good place to bring children. I had a great time at this beautiful hotel, and the customer service was very professional. I do think their restaurants should add an African touch to the food.
