What stood out most during our first stay at 360 Resort was the staff. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and we enjoyed the food and the lovely views from the hotel. The signs pointing to the rooms could use improvement, though, and the rooms need more frequent checks and cleaning to keep them from smelling. I'd like to stay longer another time if the rooms get renovated.

You get a great view of the city from this coffee shop up on the mountain. The prices seemed a little higher than elsewhere, so please check them again.

There are some real positives, but the hotel still needs work. We had a clean room with working AC and hot water, and breakfast was good. The pool and breakfast room both offer great views. Down in our lower-level room, though, there was hardly any daylight and no view at all. The decor felt dated, the windows had big gaps around their frames, the sink leaked, and there was no AC remote. Landscaping had been done, but construction debris was still lying around everywhere.

We went to 360 resort for my birthday. They told us right away that using the pool came with a charge and that we had to order something from the menu. The food tasted pretty good, though the prices were above average. I don't think the pool was worth paying for: it was dirty, and after swimming my white swimsuit was covered in dirt and had to be thrown away.

I had lunch there with friends and enjoyed looking out over the city from the hilltop. Some areas were being renovated.
