House James was incredibly attentive and helpful, and we really appreciated being upgraded to a deluxe room. It was spacious, with a bath and shower, adjustable air conditioning, and a steam box for suits. Breakfast on the 12th floor was excellent: the Korean set came with fresh vegetables, kimchi, and fruit, plus coffee hot or iced. There’s a small pool on that floor overlooking busan, a nice touch, though I didn’t use it. The Hound is a strong recommendation if you want somewhere relaxing with attentive service. It’s also very close to Busan Station and bus routes, so getting around is easy.

The central location near the train station was convenient, and they let me check in early. The wifi worked well. My only complaint was that water went everywhere when I took a proper shower. There’s no seating area by the pool, either, and it’s only for restaurant guests.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with good facilities. I especially liked the wardrobe that steams and sterilises clothes. The rooftop pool looked aesthetic and had a good view, but it was barely a pool, really.

It’s a good location, about five minutes from Busan station, and the room had a device that dries and cleans clothes. Cleanliness wasn’t quite up to what other reviews suggest. There were little flakes on the table when we checked in, so this seems to be a recurring issue.

The staff were super friendly and kind, and we had an enjoyable stay even though we had to pay for extra towels and laundry. The room was great, especially the giant bathtub and a toilet bowl that was the most advanced I’ve ever seen. It was super comfy. There are train sounds at night, but closing a window keeps the noise out. I loved this hotel.
