It was easy to get around from here, and I liked that it was a good place to meet people from different countries. When we arrived in 2018, though, the room we wanted wasn't available, and we had to wait while they sorted things out. Don't count on a view from the room. Mr.bong, thanks for everything.

The apartment felt cluttered, and there was a strange musty smell throughout. I booked through Air BnB and received a partial refund because of black mould in the bathrooms.

The staff were really nice, and the room stayed warm through the chilly end-of-winter weather, even though there was no snow. My tour guide had recommended this affordable place, and the rooms had a sort of homey feel. I stayed three days and might come back simply because it feels familiar.

I hadn't planned to stay here when I arrived in Seoul. Another hostel moved me and a friend over because they didn't have enough beds, so I showed up without knowing what to expect. The building and facilities weren't to my taste. It's a very low-budget hostel, really just somewhere to sleep and shower if comfort doesn't matter much. The staff's English is limited, though they can take care of basic needs. Whether it suits you depends on what you're after.
