The location is nice, and breakfast is simple: toast, peanut butter, jam, coffee, and tea. But winter wasn’t a good time for me. The bathroom and toilet are shared outside the room, and it was really cold going to shower or use the toilet. Late spring or early autumn might be better.

There are lots of food stalls and restaurants on the street, and a couple of palaces are nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so I’d stay here again next time I’m in Korea. The rooms are on the small side, and I wasn’t keen on the mattress pad, but I still really enjoyed staying here.

A warm, cozy place to stay, and the host was so welcoming and spoke English well. Just amazing. A must-stay if you’re visiting Hanok village.

It’s close to Insadong, bukcheon hanok village, anguk station, and the airport bus stop. The place is warm, quiet, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a traditional house, this is a good one to visit. The room fits two or three people and has a traditional futon for sleeping.

It feels like stepping into another era, even though you’re still in Seoul. You can walk to gwanghwamun and changdeok palace. Very clean, cute, and pretty, and the owner is kind.
