They cancelled our reservation because we had a baby and wanted us to pay an extra 20,000 won. They even called the police on us, and one staff member said, “This is Korea.” Shame on them. I wouldn't come here. These people are racist.

They turned us away because we had a 3yr old. A lady told me, “This is Korea,” implying I was a foreigner. The people were racist and rude. Don't come here.

The staff were very rude. Avoid this place at all cost.

We spent one night here with my little daughter, and I wish we hadn't. There was no wi-fi and the room wasn't clean. I found hairs and other unhealthy stuff, and under a UV light there were signs of what looked like biological products everywhere. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Avoid it even if they pay you. You are worth much more than this place. In fact, I'd burn the place with all the stuff.

The service was poor. Don't go there.
