Service is efficient but pretty minimal. You need to request room cleaning by a specific time, so it suits travelers who want a fuss-free stay rather than much interaction. The location is excellent for the price, especially for solo travelers or small groups: right in central Seoul, a convenience store about ten steps away, and the nearest train station a 3-minute walk. I appreciated being able to check in early. For a short stay with light luggage, the room has the basics: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, three bottles of water, a kettle, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers. Each pillow had a little “hug” pillow too, and the built-in charger for multiple devices was a great touch. I visited in winter, when the building used central heating and had no AC, but I could open the window a little. It had a pull down mosquito net. I’d stay again.
