Getting there is a little tricky, though the spot is convenient, near Namsan Park and the markets. The place has lots of rooms and was very clean.

Laundry is free, and the staff will dry your clothes and leave them ready to collect when you get back. They know the Myeongdong area well and are really kind, too. Breakfast is included, and the rooms and other facilities were clean, with a modern feel. It's also in a handy location, so I'll come back next time I'm in Seoul.

J was easy to reach whenever we had questions and was happy to help. The location is great, with Namsan Tower right behind you. We were traveling as a group, and having 3 bathrooms was a real plus. The 3 rooms also had plenty of space.

We stayed as a family from December 1 to 9, 2018, and the staff did a lot to make sure we were comfortable. The house was super clean, and Mr Philip, Philip Jr, Youngwoon You, took time to look after us personally. They even helped exchange an item we'd bought incorrectly in korea and sent it to us in Palawan, Philippines. It's close to the market and subway, the price was the best and affordable, and we'd definitely stay at this guesthouse again when we're back in Seoul, Korea.

The staff were accommodating, the place was clean, and breakfast was free. It's close to the city and good value for your money. I'll book again when I visit Seoul.
