The room and toilet are small, which could be inconvenient if you're large-framed or traveling with lots of big luggage. That kind of setup is typical for this budget in Seoul, though. For a low-cost stay in the Insadong area, it was a really nice place in spring or summer. The rate includes a typical breakfast, and there are restaurants and pubs nearby. The dark blue subway line is very close, and Myeondong and Cheonggyechon stream are within walking distance. We had a very good stay. The staff were accommodating, the Boss was cool and friendly, and the air conditioning and water heater worked well. If you arrive after midnight, they send easy-to-follow self check-in instructions.

I spent 6 nights here on my first trip to Seoul. It took me a while to find the place, mostly because I'm terrible at reading maps. The service was good, and even though the room wasn't spacious, it was comfortable. I'd recommend it.

Mr. Han, the owner of K-Guesthouse, gave us such a warm welcome and was very hospitable. The double room I booked was immaculately clean, and the bed was genuinely comfortable, like what you'd expect at a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning also worked well through the summer. It was easy to find, just a few meters from the subway station. I highly recommend K-Guesthouse in Insadong and will stay there again.

There are places to eat nearby, and public transport is easy to reach. The airport limousine is accessible too. The room is a bit tight, but it's enough for the price.

The hosts are really nice, and the place feels homey. Right in the heart of Seoul, it puts you close to restaurants, convenience stores, a stream and other places to hang out, plus several landmarks and attractions just minutes away.
