L7 Gangnam By Lotte

I had a serene park view from my 26th floor room during my eight-night stay. The room was quiet, spotless, and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality amenities. The reception is on the 11th floor, and the staff there were exceptionally warm and attentive from the start. I only ate breakfast at the hotel twice. Outside, there’s an extraordinary range of places to eat. The metro station is right outside, so getting around the city was effortless and added to the comfortable, exclusive feel of the stay.

The vibe was great, and the location worked perfectly for meetings in the Gangnam area. Rooms are stylish and clean, and breakfast was very high quality. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities are excellent for business travelers.

The service was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning staff were kind and ready to help. Check-in is on the 9th floor. The location is really convenient for walking or taking the metro, with parks, restaurants, and stores nearby. The room was smaller than others I’ve stayed in. A standard twin room is tight with luggage and fits two people at most, though the bathroom is spacious. Robes, slippers, and shower essentials are provided.

The room stayed clean and well cared for throughout my six nights at L7 Gangnam, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Getting around was easy: the subway is less than a five-minute walk away, and the airport limousine bus stop is about 40 meters from the entrance. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and COEX is close too. I did find the room carpet worn and in need of a deep clean. It could be a source of allergies. There also weren’t any drawers, so organizing personal things was inconvenient. Some storage under the desk or TV counter would help. Even with those issues, I had a very good stay and recommend the hotel.
