A highlight for us was the time we spent talking with Lee and Shin. We learned a lot about Korean culture from them, and their kindness made both my son and me eager to return. The guesthouse itself is a lovely traditional Korean home, with both Western-style and Korean bedrooms, in a charming Seochon neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, and a nice local market. On our first day, Mr. Lee took us for a stroll nearby and shared plenty of ideas for places to eat and things to see. Each morning Mrs. Lee made a different homemade Korean breakfast, and it was so good we still think about it. We had such a happy stay. Thank you, Lee and Shin. Hope you're both healthy and happy, and that we can visit again soon.

Lee and Shin were so welcoming and helpful that the guesthouse quickly felt like home. Each day came with a healthy, delicious breakfast made there, plus detailed suggestions for making the most of our time in Seoul. The traditional village setting is a great part of the stay, and public transport is close by. I had an amazing visit and would highly recommend it for an authentic experience.

We were sorry we hadn't booked a longer visit, and I'd happily return. The guesthouse has a lot of charm, and Lee and Shin gave us a very warm welcome. Every morning Lee, who's passionate about cooking, served a different tasty Korean dish. Shin walked us around the neighborhood and shared what daily life is like there, including its many Korean artists. The main palace and other landmarks are within walking distance.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with cute shops and places to eat, and major attractions are nearby. Inside, the rooms and common area felt cozy, with lots of books and interesting artwork. Shin and Lee made us feel at home from the start, greeting us with homemade tea and helping us feel comfortable and safe. They showed us around the neighborhood, shared travel tips, and made a traditional Korean breakfast every morning. Thank you, Shin and Lee 😊

The owners speak English well, and the room had everything we needed. We were right in the hanok village, close enough to walk to Gyeongbok palace, public transport, and plenty of restaurants. The house is over a hundred years old, with very little renovation on the first floor, which made for a lovely traditional Korean house experience. We had our own toilet and breakfast each morning.
