The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was much more comfortable than I expected. The shower, though, looked worn, and we had to switch off the fridge overnight because it kept dropping ice onto the floor. I may have booked this place by mistake, thinking I’d chosen somewhere else. There are plenty of bars and places to eat nearby; it’s a lively area, though not especially nice. Seoul Station is a bit of a trek, but you can still walk to most sights around there. The front desk man didn’t speak English, which can happen.

Check-in and checkout took about ten seconds each, and the stay was hassle-free. Good location, fair price, Wi-Fi, hygiene products, and fresh towels. The bed fits two comfortably, though the room itself felt a little tight for a pair. For one person, it was just right.

Good value for the price, tucked away in a small alley. The attendants are friendly, and someone who speaks Korean, Chinese, and English is always there. My private single room had a small fridge, hot water kettle, little TV, and a twin bed that was extremely firm. There’s also an adapter outlet that works with different plug types. The bathroom is tiny, with the toilet, sink, and showerhead all squeezed together, so showering is awkward.

A dorm bed was US$14, and the place was very clean with strong AC and fast WiFi. It’s right by NamDaeMun Outdoor Market, and there’s a rooftop terrace too. The Korean Chinese owners were friendly. Just be ready for the stairs, there’s no elevator.

We’re here for two weeks, and I’m really enjoying the shower and the hotel’s location. The twin room is quite comfortable for a couple :)
