I spent three weeks here, and it was the best experience I've had. The staff and hotel were amazing, and they treated me like a queen. Everything seemed brand new. I hadn't found any details about the included breakfast, so I had no idea what to expect. Then I saw the huge menu and was completely surprised. Breakfast was a lovely feast each day. The pictures show some of the dishes I had sent up to my room, and there's still much more on the menu.

A new place in town with a clean room, friendly staff, and a lovely view over the Mekong River. I really like it here. The bar and restaurant are nice too, and breakfast was delicious 🥰. It’s convenient to have everything together in one place, and it’s a good spot to relax 🇱🇦.

You get a wide view of the Mekong River from this spot, and it's not far from the city center. For dinner, don't miss Mstone Bar and Restaurant, where you can watch the sunset. I don't think you'll regret the recommendation.

The customer service at One Riviera is outstanding, and the place feels like a delightful oasis. The Mekong views are the best, and the rooms are very well appointed. There’s also a fabulous pool and gym.

I stayed at One Riviera Hotel for a month and found it the best accommodation in Vientiane. Its modern, minimal design makes for an inspiring atmosphere, and the roomy lobby gives you space and privacy. The service from the staff was impressive, especially the receptionists and waitress managers, whose professionalism is rare in Laos. The general manager, receptionists, and lead waitress all spoke fluent English, so communication was easy despite the language barrier that can come up in Laos. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Reception even helped me arrange a beautiful flower delivery for Valentine’s Day, and housekeeping kept things thoroughly clean with fresh towels and toiletries. Our fully equipped apartment worked especially well for a long stay. The kitchen had everything, from a Nespresso machine and smart cooker to sharp knives and a full table setting. I slept very comfortably in the queen-size bed, with its quality sheets and four pillows. In the bathroom there was a Dyson hair fan and an automated electronic toilet seat. The large TV could connect to a laptop, and there was a Bluetooth speaker too. WiFi stayed fast and stable, even through several video calls a day while I worked remotely. The hotel is in a quiet area about 10 minutes from the city center, with tuk-tuks and taxis easy to find. A local market selling fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, and fish is an eight-minute walk away. The restaurant and café on site serve delicious food and sweets. The gym isn't huge, but it's fine for regular workouts. The pool on the ninth floor is a real highlight, with a beautiful view and a peaceful place to sunbathe. The pool and gym are for residents only, which gives you more privacy, and I often had them to myself. It isn't the cheapest stay, but for the comfort, service, and exclusivity, I felt it was worth the money. If you want a quiet, private place with high-end amenities and professional service, this is a great fit. I'd recommend it for longer stays, business travelers, and couples looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.
