The dorm costs too much for what it offers. Cleaning is poor and sometimes happens only once a week, and the monthly electricity bills seem rigged because they’re the same amount every time and don’t make sense. The doorkeeper sometimes locks the door before 12:30 at random. On Saturdays he also closes it unpredictably and leaves for Beirut without notice. At 12:30 the doors are locked with keys, so students inside can’t get out even in an emergency. The dorm service is really bad.

The place is in a peaceful spot away from the noise, up in an elevated area with a beautiful view of Jbeil, Lebanon. It’s suitable for children, with nearby activities, walking paths, and advanced technology, plus a feeling of safety and peace of mind. Rooms are clean and tidy, service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. There’s a variety of food and drinks available, and the property is well maintained.
