The Ayurvedic treatments were a highlight for us. We tried the full body treatment and sauna, and found the session deeply relaxing and enjoyable. Ms. Chathurika carried out my treatment with real warmth and professionalism. They currently have a 25% discount on treatments, which makes them good value. We booked bed and breakfast, and enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast, especially the tasty Kola Kanda and other healthy choices. Our river view room was clean and comfortable, with the amenities we needed. It wasn't very spacious, but for the price it was worth it. The whole resort felt peaceful and the stay was worthwhile. The staff were helpful, polite and attentive throughout. Akila explained all the details clearly, Athukorala Uncle was very kind, and Dr. Chandani provided the Ayurvedic consultations and treatments. We had a very pleasant visit to AIDA Ayurveda Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Ayurvedic break in Bentota.

Dr Radha did a wonderful job treating the main concerns I came in with, and the warm hospitality made the stay such a satisfying experience. My thanks to therapists Priyanka and Rasika for all their work to make it restful. The front office team was great too, especially Akila and Ruvini. My husband and I will definitely come back when we're in Sri Lanka again.

I came with pain problems, and they helped resolve them very quickly. The massage and healing treatment was the best I've ever had. The women here are very skilled and speak English really well, and I felt safe, cared for and supported the whole time. Treat yourself, or come and heal your body with their magical hands and knowledge. I'll definitely be back, nothing compares. A+++++ 💖 Thank you, Aida staff xx

The calm riverside surroundings made it easy to unwind during our stay at AIDA Ayurveda Resort & Spa. Staff were kind and attentive, and the treatments left us feeling refreshed. A lovely spot for a wellness break.

The internet was relatively good, but little else about the stay worked for me. The room wasn't clean or well maintained, and there was no hot water, which made things very uncomfortable. A strange, disturbing noise continued in the room all night and made it hard to sleep. The place felt neglected and not properly cared for.
