The room looked nice, but I felt there was no privacy or sense of safety. I opened the door once to collect my PickMe order and found the manager or receptionist, who said his name was Nazeer, standing there watching and listening. He was one of the rudest people I’ve met, with no manners for someone in a hotel job. Such a creepy, horrible place. 🤢🤮🤕

Mr. Nazeer, the manager, was very friendly and provided good customer service. The room and hotel were both in very good condition. This was the best place I’ve stayed in Colombo. Thanks for the good service.

The facilities were comfortable and well cared for, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. I spent two nights here and was impressed by the hospitality. I’d recommend the hotel for its comfort and service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You could hear everything from the hallway because the rooms aren’t soundproof. The room itself was okay, but the TV wouldn’t work, and there were water marks and some dripping on the walls. I asked staff to help with the TV and nobody came. Their attitude was poor too. Definitely not worth the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were small but clean and tidy. It’s very close to Colombo beach. I’ll be back soon.
