The building is old and outdated, but it’s right in the heart of Wellawatte, which is a good location.

I spent 15 nights in this spacious three-bedroom apartment, which had all kinds of amenities. A few things let it down: the toilet flush and washbasin were clogged and dirty, and the microwave didn’t work. I also didn’t think it was right to charge separately for electricity.

Good for a family stay. It’s calm, clean, and spacious, with security around the clock. There’s hot and cold water, plus cooking facilities.
