Helen Residence

We spent our first two nights in Sri Lanka here, and it suited us perfectly. It's a quiet, very clean home residence, reasonably priced and handy for central Negombo, trains, and buses. The beach is a few minutes away. Our room had an ensuite, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, high ceilings, and plenty of space. The other two bedrooms also looked a good size. It's set up for self-catering, with a kitchen, a large living room with a piano, and a garden with a well-lit veranda. The big supermarket is close by. Our host Dumith was friendly and incredibly helpful. He picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the train station when we moved on, and offered to help if we needed anything during our time in Sri Lanka. The price was fair, and I'd definitely recommend it.
