We had a delightful stay at Lourdes Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. It's in a peaceful, scenic spot with beautiful views, just right for a relaxing break. My room felt cozy and welcoming, with thoughtful details, plenty of space, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was also immaculately clean. The hotel doesn't serve food, but there are several places to eat nearby. The staff pointed me toward some great local restaurants, which made trying the local food easy. They were friendly and accommodating, and kept going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. For a quiet stay in Nuwara Eliya with excellent service, I highly recommend Lourdes Hotel. I'll be back.

Lourdes hotel helped us out when we were looking for somewhere to stay in Nuwaraeliya, and it was very reasonably priced for what we got. Mr Jayantha, the manager, runs the hotel really well. He and the staff were super friendly and helpful, and made sure we felt welcome. They were flexible throughout our stay. The meals were fantastic, with a good selection from the alar carte menu. We really enjoyed our time there. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned, and the staff were very kind. If food and beverages were available, it'd be a full 100%. Still, it's good overall and highly recommended.

Such a disappointing stay at Lourdes Hotel. The food was terrible, not warm or nice at all. It fell far short of Jetwing standards.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean. It's a lovely spot for peaceful morning walks, watching the sunrise, and taking in the windy hills.
