The host family were so helpful, from making delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts each morning to finding us good prices for activities and transport. The bed was lovely, the AC worked great, and the shower took a little figuring out but worked well. We especially liked the jungle-like garden, with mango and lemon trees all around, and fruit from them at breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

The host was incredibly helpful and arranged activities that made our time in Sigiria wonderful. We stayed three nights, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and filling each morning. A lovely place to stay.

Mori was such a friendly, welcoming and helpful host, and the homemade breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. The homestay is tucked into a peaceful, beautiful setting, yet local restaurants are only a couple of minutes away on foot. We loved staying here and would highly recommend booking.

The location was really good, and the owner was kind and did his best to sort out the occasional shortage of bath water. It never caused us a real problem. Our room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was handmade, with tasty smoothies and fruit. The owner also had lots of good connections for fair safari prices and such. Really, really good.

We’d happily stay here again if we return to Sigiriya. The hosts are lovely, and breakfast was tasty. Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious, with AC and even a fridge, which is rare in Sri Lanka. It’s in a really peaceful spot in the middle of a beautiful garden.
