Valentina’s Rooms has a convenient location, but we were disappointed with our stay. The room didn’t feel welcoming, and the owner asked for cash without giving a receipt. Communication was difficult, so we canceled straight away and lost €38 in cancellation fees. We wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s an acceptable budget option if you want to stay near the city centre. The apartment is on the top floor and there’s no elevator. Free private parking is available, but getting in and out is awkward because you have to call the owner each time. She doesn’t use WhatsApp or other apps, so as a foreign visitor you may have to pay to call her.

The location was good, but the bedspreads and pillowcases weren’t clean. I also struggled to communicate because the person who met me didn’t speak English. That’s why I’ve given it two stars.

A good location, and the lack of an elevator didn’t bother me. It has what you need for a couple of nights.

The building looks a bit run down from the outside, but the apartments are lovely, and Valentina takes great care of the rooms. It’s wonderfully central.
