The apartment felt spotless and secure, with a comfortable bed, plenty of natural light, and a host who made check-in easy. I booked for the view, but ended up liking the whole atmosphere just as much. Being high above the street made it peaceful, and watching Riga's lights at night with a glass of wine was lovely. The modern flat still felt warm and welcoming. It has a quiet, contemporary feel and a local character, in a changing neighborhood with independent cafes nearby. If you want a private, calm place in Riga that feels more local than a hotel, this is a special spot. I'm already planning to come back. The panoramic "High View" windows give lots of natural light and a unique view of the Riga skyline.

The host was helpful and gave clear instructions, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Riga. The apartment is on a higher floor, so there was little street noise, and the neighborhood looked stunning through the large windows. They let in loads of natural light, and the interior design is very contemporary. I had a wonderful stay at Avotu Stabu Private Flat.

The apartment looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. I found everything I needed for making a quick breakfast in the kitchen, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. It's in a really cool, up-and-coming part of town, with lots of hidden cafes nearby.

Watching the sunset from here ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. It’s a lovely spot to unwind, and the “high view” name really fits.
