Hotel Transatlantique

The hotel itself is a tourist site, so it's a good place for tourists. Go and try it, I recommend it.

The bathroom was passable, but the rest of the hotel was disgusting. There were damp pillows hidden in the closet, and the place looked as if it hadn't been cleaned or maintained for around ten years. Maybe it was nice 20 years ago, but it certainly isn't now. Staff woke all of us at 7 am for some reason. When I tried to return the key, one person ignored me and another came over from the left and took it straight from my hand. TUI shouldn't keep this hotel on its group tours.

The breakfast was okay, and our waiter was attentive, but the hotel's condition made for an uncomfortable stay. There was an old smell throughout, the air conditioning was broken, and the bathroom had damaged fixtures and looked very dated. The whole place seemed untouched for years and lacked the modern amenities you'd expect. I can't recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Casablanca.

I was exhausted and just wanted to shower and sleep, but there was no hot water at all. Earlier, I had paid almost €50 for one night and early check-in. Still, that morning staff tried to make me leave, saying I hadn't paid for the early check-in. I had to talk to three administrators before they finally let me stay until morning. Other reviews also say there isn't any hot water. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
