I was here on my own for just one night and had a really lovely stay. The room and the whole riad have a cozy, charming feel, and I loved the decor and authentic atmosphere. Youness and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful, checking that everything was okay. The food was delicious too, and the location was great. I'd happily come back and recommend it if you're after an authentic experience.

We had a wonderful time in Morocco, and this gorgeous, comfortable riad in Fez was a big part of it. The staff were incredibly kind. When I came down with a bad cold, they brought our meals to the room and took great care of us. They also arranged a trip and met us each time to help us through the winding Medina. We stayed in the Imperial suite, which was spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. The meals were delicious and well priced. You'll be very happy staying here.

The bedroom was really comfortable, and the roof has a great sun terrace with views over the city. The location is lovely, right on the edge of the old Medina, and both the food and staff were fantastic. The Chicken Pastilla was wonderful.

It was the family that made this place so special. They kept on top of every detail while we were there. The place itself is wonderful and unique too. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes.

Just outside the medina, so it's easy to get to, and the rooftop gives you excellent views in every direction. The property is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff were caring, friendly and accommodating. Since our train to Casablanca left early, they arranged a ride to the station and had breakfast ready ahead of time. An excellent riad.
