The riad was spotless, charming, and full of warmth. My wife and I checked in on Friday and were greeted by the smell of couscous. I asked a staff member if guests could buy some, and he explained they don't normally sell it. Less than twenty minutes later, though, there was a knock at our door. He'd brought us a plate with a warm smile. That kind gesture touched us, and we're so grateful to the management and staff for their hospitality.

The location is perfect, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. My family and I stayed for two nights. Our room was spacious and had what we needed, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The staff were okay, though they spoke little English, so communication was difficult.

We had a really pleasant stay. The rooftop view is amazing, and the location is good. Our room was clean and nice, with air conditioning, which we really appreciated. The staff were lovely and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The restaurant is nice, though it's quite small, and sometimes you have to wait for a seat. We changed rooms during our stay and noticed a huge difference in quality between them. The location is central but away from the noise of the main streets. Staff were great, attentive to what we needed and always ready to help.

We had a huge ground-floor room with an ensuite bathroom, and the air conditioning worked well. There's no fridge or TV, if those matter to you. Breakfast is included and substantial, and you can have dinner at the riad too from a small menu. The friendly staff and lovely old building are worth a look if you aren't after a top-end five-star experience. Its stunning courtyard now serves as the dining room. A short walk through the alleys gets you to the busy area with shops and cafes, and a bit farther on is the madina. We chose not to venture too deep into it.
